Role
The Technical Support Analyst team is tasked to ensure both our newly onboarded customers and existing customers have a smooth and pleasant journey integrating various Xfers' products and services.
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will...
- Provide process, business, and technical consultation to our customers
- Develop and maintain customer support guidelines, metrics, tools, and practices throughout the customer life cycle
- Coordinate with other engineering departments to resolve issues and fulfil client service requests within a service level contract
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence and share findings with partners in Engineering, Product, and Customer Delivery
- Meet with customers and Xfers team to conduct inquiry reviews and to identify technology or process enhancements
Responsibilities
- Intake and document detailed and accurate information on customer issues, concerns, and requests for enhancements
- Assist customers with completing service inquiries through research, suggest diagnoses using readily available tools and provides business and operational knowledge to assist in technical and operational support
- Clarify customer inquiries regarding in-place documentation or presentations; may pull and review basic code as needed
- Interact directly with internal customers under the supervision and according to established protocols
- Collaborate with other team members to facilitate the internal consultation process and to answer basic customer questions
- Inspire and motivates the team positively to commit to producing excellent customers services to our customers
What we are looking for
- Possess experience in answering and completing basic customer service queries
- Have an understanding of software patterns and concepts, programming languages, database structures, and related operational protocols
- Experience working and documentation of training materials
- Basic understanding of SQL
