Your main duties in flying with us:
- Demonstrate ability to elicit, analyze and communicate business requirements from multiple customers across disparate functions.
- Technical knowledge in web, database, SAAS, and cloud technologies with the willingness to dive deep into the technical details of a project. Able to understand and influence technical architecture.
- Effective communication with internal teams and business partners with an ability to drive shared goals across multiple groups in different continents Track metrics and business value, find creative solutions to risks and issues, work effectively across disciplines in a leading project to quality delivery.
- Exceptional teamwork and values that foster a positive team culture.
- Get team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
- Coach the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
- Drive multiple portfolios, working cross-functionally with product manager and software development team across the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery.
- Define and implement cross-team processes to improve efficiency and delivery (SDLC), defines metrics to measure and monitor efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, and drives adoption across the organization.
- Monitor and track complex programs effectively by providing periodic updates to technical, non-technical teams, and Sr. Management
- Have the right balance of technical, project management, and business/product acumen and manages delivery across SDLC serving as a single point of contact.
- Handle multiple competing and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage stakeholders from different cross-functional teams by setting expectations and providing frequent program/project updates.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- 2-5 years of experience in a software engineering role and at least 2 years of delivery management experience in the product organization.
- Experience in managing deliverables from multiple vendors.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies; Has ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This includes excellent listening skills, concise communications, and targeting the message to specific audiences.
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to organize workload to ensure that timeframes are met, and the work is successfully completed within deadlines.
