Job Description

Update and report to Teacher Development Lead for developments regarding teacher development process
Assist the creation of teacher development contents and teacher training execution
Help Teacher Development Lead in managing Kakak Asuh system
Collaborate with business operations team to optimize Kalananti teacher's community effectiveness
Attend weekly company and division meetings
Participate in team-building and learning activities

Job Requirements

Strong interest in the education field
Basic knowledge in the field of teacher training
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast manner
Excellent communication skills, as well as proven interpersonal & organizational skills.
Creative and innovative thinker
Have good command of passive English
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time
Willing to learn, share, and collaborate with other team member
Experience with children in an educational setting is a plus
