Descriptions
- Create high-quality educational content materials (grades ranging from 1-12/all) in the form of scripts that encourage students to critically think.
- Ensure content materials meet the digital learning requirements
- Collaborate with fellow Master Teacher’s to plan, execute, and input feedback
- Collaborate with Content Analysis for quality checks and video shooting activities
- Collaborate with Scriptwriters for storyboard quality checks
- Collaborate with Educational Content Portal writers for content quality checks
- Lead a team by assigning projects and ensure that each individual is on task/meet deadlines
- Lead and participate in workshops/focus discussion groups to strengthen the existing content materials
- Solve problems based on each individual's subject expertise
- Maintain project documentation and course folders for delivery flow and quality assurance
- Present scripts, assessments, and progress reports to the Manager
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Geography
- At least 3 years of experience in teaching/curriculum or syllabus design in a reputable educational institution.
- Have excellent teaching and leadership skills.
- Possess a strong understanding of the National Curriculum, particularly those used in national exams (UN) and SBMPTN.
- Passionate about education and content development.
- Understanding instructional design knowledge of theory and best practice.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, versatility, and integrity skills.
- Strong communication, writing, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and have great organizational skills.
- Open to constructive feedback and is willing to learn.
- Vast networking with teachers from non-formal education institutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital learning and educational apps, and has the ability to keep abreast and partake with any changes or trends in the industry.
- Understanding of learning content in the Education of children from Grades 1-12 is a must.
