About the team: This role will responsible for all efforts within People & Culture towards Business initiatives.

Job Desc

• Delivering and Supervising FO Talent Strategy & Management - Business efforts and initiatives that directly/indirectly connect with Business Initiatives 
• Partnering with FO Talent Strategy Management Lead and acting as thinking partner & project management office
• Supervising FO Talent Strategy Management Officer

Requirements

• Having the experience of handling Field Team in FInancial Institution (banks, fintech, multifinance)
• Familiarities in creating HR Projects / HR framework. (Develop - Present - Implement)
• Good understanding  on Financial Institution Business Flow
• 3-4 years collective experience within similar industries / role
• 3-4 years collective experience within Talent Management Function
• Experienced in leading Projects as Project PMO / Project Leader / Project Supervisor
