Talent Acquisition Intern

Talent Acquisition Intern will work with Talent Acquisition to support administration and sourcing candidates through various channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment and has a passion for people.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Talent Acquisition to deeply understand hiring needs, develop creative sourcing and hiring strategies to build strong pipelines
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling for interview session
• Shadow recruiting screens and hiring manager intake meetings to learn the structure of interview planning and interview etiquette
• Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites
• Supporting administration for recruitment process, checking candidates background and references

• Fresh Graduate from Psychology or another relevant field
• Minimum has experience intern in Talent Acquisition field
• Familiarity with recruitment tools
• A strong interest in building a career in the field of Talent Acquisition
• Love to a new challenge, open minded, and good in resilience
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficient building relationships
• Excellence in collaboration and communication skill
