- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details using Workable
- Assist recruitment process by arranging interview session for TA Associates, confirm hiring manager and talent’s availability for 2nd interview onwards
- Do administrative tasks and data entry
- Ensure a good candidate experience in the recruitment process
- Maintaining hiring pipeline by disqualifying unsuitable candidates
- Fresh graduate or final year undergraduate in Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent
- Fluency in English, written as well as spoken
- Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willing to work in a hybrid working arrangement
- Can join as soon as possible
