Sustainability Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's framework of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies, policies, and initiatives.
• Cascade the strategies to each of department and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ESG regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Engage with key stakeholders including government agencies, communities, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to build relationships and address ESG-related issues.
• Monitor and report on the company's ESG performance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and support ESG-related projects and initiatives such as sustainability assessments, community engagement programs, and ESG reporting.

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, Environment and/or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG management or related roles.
• Proven track record of creating ESG framework, cascading to all department and executing ESG programs in a big company.
• Strong knowledge of ESG framework, regulations and best practices.
• Experience in engaging with stakeholders including government agencies, communities, and NGOs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse ESG data, generate insights and create more effective programs based from its insight.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Passion for sustainability and social impact responsibility.
• Self-driven and able to work independently and managing multiple stakeholders.
