About the Role
As a Sr. Product Marketing Lead for the Commerce Enablement team, we are looking for a passionate and impact-driven person that can lead a team and develop a strong marketing strategy that can contribute to a significant impact on the business.
What You Will Do
- Campaign Strategy – Initiate a campaign or program that can drive product awareness and increase the number of user acquisitions based on data, research, past campaign learning, and external benchmarking
- Communication Strategy – Create an end-to-end communication and content strategy for marketing campaigns, starting from creating a campaign brief, directing creative & content strategy across our marketing channels, monitoring the execution, and evaluating the performance
- CRM Tools Utilization – Create strategy activities across CRM channels: email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp blast, web notification, and monitor the performance
- Automation Lead Flow – Work with internal stakeholders to design automation lead flow with a personalized approach, engaging copy, captivating audio-visual content, and team with outside sources to produce an engaging experience that increases lead conversion
- Stakeholder Management – Identify all launch activities and collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders for the output deliverables
- Campaign Analysis – Create a post-campaign report within the SLA which consists of four key factors: business, channel, content, and journey learnings to improve the next campaign results
What You Will Need
- BA in Management, Communication, Linguistic, preferably with Marketing concentration or related major
- At least 3 years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing
- Familiar in product marketing, communication, or e-commerce/B2B industry
- Have a good visual design taste and able to construct ad material brief
- Strong in data and ability SQL would be a plus point
- Have strong project management skills & communication
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot and Clevertap would be an advantage
