Goal
- Drive significant growth in new client acquisition for EcommerceIQ Market Insights within the Southeast Asian eCommerce and online business space.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to effectively showcase the value proposition of EcommerceIQ Market Insights to potential clients.
- Exceed established targets for new client acquisition, revenue generation, and client retention.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and build targeted prospect lists using industry databases, online tools, and market research insights.
- Develop engaging sales pitches and presentations tailored to specific client needs and pain points.
- Secure meetings and appointments with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
- Alignment with ID PIC to conduct product demos and consultations to showcase the capabilities of EcommerceIQ Market Insight & Media.
- Secure meetings and appointments for warehouse visit
Client Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
- Deliver customized proposals and recommendations aligned with client needs and budget constraints.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle through to successful client onboarding.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity in the Indonesian eCommerce landscape.
- Use data from EcommerceIQ Market Insights to tailor sales pitches and identify client-specific solutions.
- Develop and contribute to industry thought leadership content to showcase expertise and attract potential clients.
- Reporting and Performance Measurement:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities, including lead conversion rate, client acquisition cost, and revenue generated.
- Prepare regular reports and insights to inform and optimize sales strategies.
Technical Qualifications
- Min 2 years experience in Business Development area, B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS or data analytics industry.
- Coming from top university in Indonesia (overseas graduate is a plus)
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian eCommerce landscape and trends.
- Familiarity with data-driven sales methodologies and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Good level of Excel
- Proficiency in presentation and communication software (e.g., PowerPoint, Zoom).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on win-win outcomes.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues across sales and marketing.
- Passion for data and technology, with a desire to learn and stay ahead of the curve in the evolving eCommerce analytics space.
