Social Media Admin Intern

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect and engage with Glints' social media followers to maintain our brand persona through comments or messages
• Escalate any potential brand/product issues on Glints' social media towards Marketing or Customer Relations team
• Generate insights about Glints social media sentiment to inform future editorial content decision making

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 6-12 months of experience in social media management, specifically have handled social media admin before
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willing to learn, work fast, and adaptable
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
