About The Role
National Merchant Activation Manager is responsible for planning and managing the overall Merchant Activation Activities with the primary goal of building targeted merchants to have sustainable transactions in the GoPay ecosystem.
What You Will Do
- Develop and drive overall strategy, planning, and execution of key programs and activities related to GoPay activation at targeted Point of Interest (PoI) and key merchants nationwide. This includes:
- Development of SOPs and SLAs for outlet QC (POSM QC, cashier knowledge, device issue) activity
- Governance and management of POSM deployment through vendor liaison
- Development and evaluation of cashier incentive schemes, programs, and tools
- Tracking and managing budget of activation initiative
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders both in Region and HQ Level in developing and rolling out key programs to reactivate targeted Point of Interest (POI) and key merchants non-POI.
- Managing District Merchant Activation Managers in the regions to ensure seamless execution of above initiative
What You Will Need
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with proven track record of leading region business especially retail market
- Strong business-sense with proven strategic planning and leadership capability
- Ability to build executable plans, with an effective execution framework using limited tools/resources at hand given that the scope is an incubation business.
- Strong problem solving skills involving multi-discipline domains
- Good project management skill and ability to work through other people using impact and influence approach instead of direct authority instruction approach.
