Job Description:
- Check and align with vendors for soft copy and hard copy of invoice
- lign with fleet team regarding invoice reconciliation
- Creating PR on system
- Align with finance team regarding payment schedule on vehicles
- Align with tax team (e.g: bukti potong for vendors)
- Update payment and agreement monitoring
Requirements:聽
- Holds Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1-3 years work experience in accounting, finance, or a relevant field
- Knowledge in Tax preferred
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara (Shopee Express HQ)
