Job Description:

  • Check and align with vendors for soft copy and hard copy of invoice
  • lign with fleet team regarding invoice reconciliation
  • Creating PR on system
  • Align with finance team regarding payment schedule on vehicles
  • Align with tax team (e.g: bukti potong for vendors)
  • Update payment and agreement monitoring

Requirements: 

  • Holds Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1-3 years work experience in accounting, finance, or a relevant field
  • Knowledge in Tax preferred
  • Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara (Shopee Express HQ)
