Job Description:
- Monitoring team to ensure operations on floor and all tasklist are being implemented properly
- Managing all Customer Service metrics to ensure it reached its KPI target
- Creating strategy & plan for Customer Service department
- Bridging with Shopee related unit to execute some initiatives on process improvement
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years experience as Customer Service Manager
- Strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and calls
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, has positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Driven and motivated
