Job Description:

  • Monitoring team to ensure operations on floor and all tasklist are being implemented properly
  • Managing all Customer Service metrics to ensure it reached its KPI target
  • Creating strategy & plan for Customer Service department
  • Bridging with Shopee related unit to execute some initiatives on process improvement

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years experience as Customer Service Manager
  • Strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and calls
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, has positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Driven and motivated
