What are you going to do

• Assist end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to onboard, including keeping positive candidate experience
• Make regular reports related to hiring progression including pipeline and progress at each stage. Including doing market research and talent mapping according to the vacancies that are open
• Responsible for recruiting from junior to senior level
• Handle recruitment for all technology positions
• Responsible for making complex remuneration (SOB, Equity, etc)
• Regularly communicate with relevant stakeholders
• Can lead simple projects that require collaboration and cooperation between internal teams or cross functions related to recruitment.

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in recruitment
• Experienced in using recruitment supporting tools such as ATS, many job ads platform, social media, and Linkedin high volume recruitment products
• Experienced recruiting all technology functions (engineering, data, & product)
• Experienced recruiting high volume headcount (>50 headcount/person/year)
• Experienced managing stakeholders at high level (min 1 down form C-Level)
• Experienced handling complex remuneration packages
• Experienced leading a team will be a plus
