Ruangguru has allowed students to access better quality educational content in the form of learning videos, question banks, test-prep materials, and study notes. Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes.
Job Description:
- Responsible to lead and manage all of social-education impact projects within Ruangguru ecosystem (including, but not limited to: funded by grants, philanthropic funds, CSR, government budget, and donations).
- Initiate and maintain the relationship with all relevant stakeholders, including (but not limited to): government, donors, international organizations, private sectors, among others.
- Open and develop business and partnership opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible for the operation, monitoring, and evaluation of all impact programs, ensure the activities are well executed and achieve the optimum result and the targeted impacts. The monitoring and evaluation includes: documenting all reports, detailed activities, profit and loss, among others.
- Representing Ruangguru in all relevant events/ activities in Indonesia and beyond.
- Working with other manager-level officers in Ruangguru to deliver optimal user and partner satisfaction - including: PR and Communications, Content and Production, Product and Business Development, and Sales and Marketing.
- Monitor, motivate, and influence your team's performance to ensure the OKR are achieved.Being responsible for the team management, reviews, and personal/learning development of your team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 5-7 years exposure to business development and/or operations, education, economic development, public affairs, or other relevant field
- Experience in leading medium-sized team
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- Ability and comfortability to work with government officers and understanding about local bureaucracy and its culture
- Strong leadership and project management skills
