Job Description:
- Monitoring and strategies end to end HR process in PT. Kredit Pintar Indonesia and work closely with business to improve company productivity and efficiency.
- Handling company engagement activity and program related to AIG culture.
- Compiles and organizes employee performance appraisals.
- Manage for employee training including schedule, training program, training material, be a trainer.
- Support on complimentary requirements required by regulator, labor law in terms of report and administrative.
- Additional projects and responsibilities may be designated by the leader.
Requirements:
- Min bachelor’s degree from any major
- Min 3 years working experience in HR, experience in Fintech company will be advantages.
- Have understanding and familiar with Indonesia Labor Law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Have ability to be trainer.
- Active, creative, and good initiative
