Job Descriptions:
1. Planning, Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting
Conduct profit and cost analysis, allocate resources, manage cash flow and recommend cost-reducing solutions
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performances relative to the business plans
Budgeting and forecasting according to local and HQ business needs (monthly, quarterly and annual)
Working closely with the Head of Finance and regional team for planning and analysis
2. Compliance to Regulatory Bodies (OJK/BI) and other Reporting Requirements
Handling month-end closing, quarter-closing and annual-closing, including balance sheet reconciliation, submitting required report and paying taxes and dues in a timely manner
Liaising with external auditor and tax authorities/agents
Building up and strengthen internal control and processes of the local office
Create SOPs and policies that are sound and risk-free
Ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations
Produce the necessary management accounts for local and HQ reporting
3. Department Management
Assist the Head of Finance in overseeing the operations of the finance department and manage a local team of finance employees
Requirements:
Minimally 8-10 years of experience in the financial services sector (e.g. Banks, finance companies, fintech companies, auditors of banks, finance companies and fintech companies)
Possesses a Bachelor Degree
Fluency in English and strong communication skills is a must
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
Ability to work with tight deadlines
