Senior Engagement Manager - Mobility Marketplace

About the Role
The Senior Engagement Manager at Mobility Marketplace will work with the leadership at Marketplace in ensuring accurate execution and implementation of agreed strategies to successfully deliver key initiatives across priority areas of the platform group and running the group’s organizational design to ensure alignment across Product and Platform groups at Gojek and ultimately at the group GoTo level, ultimately enabling the group to leverage the GoTo ecosystem to deliver unrivaled customer experience and metrics.
What You Will Do
- Be the glue across all functions and various stakeholders
- Manage strategic communications across the all functions - All-Hands, Product Showcase, OKR planning, Executive Review, Staffing changes, change management and offsites
- Establish cadences such as Business Reviews and Executive Reviews, and review metrics and KPIs to monitor their respective synergy stream's progress and performance
- enhance cross-organizational collaboration by establishing the ways of working and engagement activities
- Employee onboarding and engagement planning - Headcount planning every half, cost allocation annually, onboarding and hiring
- Manage and coordinate various stakeholders across different divisions in OpCos or HoldCo to collaborate in the project by conducting cadence meetings within the working team and regular reporting sessions with management
- Collaborate with Group’s Chief of Staff office and Group’s FP&A to run Group's corporate planning process (budgeting, OKR, and strategy formulation) by managing and facilitating the processes, including setting up the frameworks, timelines, data & information templates, workshops, and communication mechanisms
What You Will Need
- At least 5 years working experience in strategy & planning areas
- Ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders with various backgrounds and levels, Strong business acumen, with experience working with diverse stakeholders
- You live by “less is more”. Working on everything isn’t an option, knowing which initiatives to prioritize is key to progress - Strong and effective verbal and writing communication and stakeholder management
- You’re a great communicator, you can explain complex concepts like how products work to different audiences in varying detail - Initiative, proactivity to and creativity in terms of communication
- Self-starter and passionate about learning new skills and knowledge - A "get things done" mindset; break down large projects into smaller milestones to increase probability of success
- Passionate about people - Strong intra and inter teamwork and collaborative attitude
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Team player - we’re a close knit team that learn from each other constantly. We’re not big on folks who like to go solo
- Experience in leading, designing and implementing new and cross cutting initiatives and cadences involving different functions and business units
- Prior experience in fulfillment in similar industries like ride hailing, food delivery or logistics is a plus
About the Team
Marketplace is the fulfillment engine for all of Gojek’s major businesses. Whether a customer is ordering food, transport or wants to send a package - we ultimately handle that order and get it to the customer. It’s a great place to understand how all of Gojek’s business groups function due to this broad impact.
You will work directly with the leadership team and get to interact with almost every team member to learn their challenges and advise them on how to get the most from the Marketplace platform team. This is a communication focused role where the work you do can be directly attributed to revenue growth and cost efficiency for the company.
