Senior Accountant Associate

- Preparing journal entries to record transactions such as payments on loans, dividends paid to shareholders, or purchases of equipment.
- Investigating and resolving accounting errors and discrepancies, including those involving theft or fraud.
- Preparing financial reports for internal use such as budgets, expense reports, and cash flow projections.
- Preparing financial statements and reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and other documents that track the company’s financial status.
- Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
- Maintain fixed asset register and calculate monthly depreciation expense.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
- 3+ years experience in accounting or auditing.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and stress management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
