Job Description:
- Create strategy & implement the plan to increase overall platform order and GMV
- Explore, identify, propose and implement potential solutions to better serve our sellers
- Handling seller management related projects from seller operations to seller marketing and program
- End to end stakeholder management, project coordination, and roll-out of projects
- Lead, coach, & guide team members to achieve the goal
- Other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Consultant experience and (or) MBA degree is preferred
- At least 7 - 10 years of work experiences
- Ability to conduct complex analysis with large datasets to support data-driven decision making
- Strong analytical skills, a strong sense of ownership
- High proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint
- Ability to effectively converse in English & Indonesian to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
