As a Associate Manager, Credit, you will be responsible for handling credit cases (preferably the complicated one) from beginning to the end. Associate Manager, Credit is also responsible to assist the Credit Manager/AVP for other tasks as well, whether it is related to credit or even beyond that. Furthermore, he/she is also responsible for mentoring Junior credit analysts, as they prepare to embark further in their career to managing people.
What you will do:
- Evaluating customer’s data and financial documents to determine the degree of risk involved to reduce the risk of customer disputes
- Conduct document and information checking and verification as part of credit assessment processes,
- Prepare spreadsheets and detailed written reports to be presented to the loan committee,
- Identification and provide mitigation actions of all risks entailed,
- Provide professional opinions and/or recommendations to Credit Committee regarding customers’ financial credit status referring to credit policy and guidelines
- Track loan covenants to ensure compliance & complete other duties as assigned.
- Having minimum 5 years working experience as a Credit Analyst and/or Relationship Manager for Lending Business (SME/Commercial segment) in banking and/or relevant lending industry regulated by OJK.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent understanding in business financial statements, analytical skills, and mindset,
- Detail oriented, have a strong verification and critical thinking skills,
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude with team members and clients,
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and peers in effective written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa & English.
