- Plan, organize and lead the FO team towards achievements of sales targets set by management.
- Define, plan and develop sales strategies and pipeline to identify and create new customers and opportunities.
- Maintain existing relationship and achieve deeper growth with current key accounts.
- Focus on the development of key industry verticals and leverage on the global / regional network.
- Lead initiative to increase overall customer satisfaction across the board.
- Lead local product development in co-ordination with local and regional product managers.
- Train, motivate and develop the front office team to maximize success from customers.
- Implement and monitor Concerto CRM best practices for high quality and complete records.
- Participate and execute yearly sales budgeting.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a fast paced, dynamic and or multi-cultural MNC environment
- 5 years with proven work experience and leadership in managerial position in logistics and supply chain related business
- Solid understanding of product knowledge (Supply Chain, Logistics, International freight forwarding, customs clearance, incoterms and business process understanding)
- Oil & Gas and Industrial Project logistics knowledge and experience
- Proficient Presentation Skills and Microsoft Office
