Responsibilities :

  • Oversees end-to-end bidding process and administrative requirements under guidance of the account director.
  • To develop and prepare the RFP document to ensure high quality proposals are submitted on time.
  • To perform effective engagement with bid stakeholders, customers and partners for bid submission.
  • Work closely with Sales to oversee the bid and discuss technical proposals and commercials.
  • Act as main contact point for customers’ and other stakeholders’ enquiries throughout the sales processes.
  • Provide pre-sales administrative support to the account director, preparation of sales collateral material, quotations, contracts and other legal documents.
  • Provide post-sales administrative support to the account director, Invoicing and Collections, PO coordination with clients.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the Sales team.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in IT B2B Industry
  • Strong understanding of Sales Support processes and practices
  • Strong administrative skills, highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Experienced in RFP Processes
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa (Spoken & Written)
  • Proficiency in word doc, powerpoint, and excel sheets
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management
  • Highly meticulous and unafraid to highlight issues encountered
  • A resourceful team player
  • Adaptable, able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
