- Oversee the company’s SOP & policy to adhere to compliance
- Provide input for process improvement whenever possible.
- Identifies and drives risk and control driven improvement efforts for the policy governance and oversight program
- Collaborate with Risk Management subject matter experts to draft, socialize, approve, and publish risk management policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction for operations are available and updated according to the latest process change
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from start-up/tech company or financial industry
- Good knowledge about risk management and governance
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Excellent communication skill and stakeholders management
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving
