We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to work with our Food & Beverages team at Liu Li Palace Seafood Restaurant. You will assist Restaurant Manager to ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
- Prepare shifts schedules
- Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
- Assist in new menu implementation
- Communicate to Chef and Restaurant Manager any issues regarding food quality and service levels Manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
- Performs all duties of restaurant employees and related departments as necessary
- Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
- Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met
- Encourages employees to provide excellent customer service within guidelines
- Minimum 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary or related professional area and interpersonal skills experience in the same position in a Chinese Restaurant
- Good Communication
- Has strong leadership skills, trains and develop team
- Diploma in F&B division, Hotel Management or other relevant fields
