Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in preparing PR/PO (Purchase Request/Purchase Order) and check the completeness of documents, approval status, and payments.
· Help prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly operations reports for property and operations management.
· Support various operational tasks to improve efficiency and help the team meet goals.
· Provide assistance to AYANA Hospitality’s member properties in areas such as business processes and reporting.
· Help with the process of signing contracts and ensuring all required documents are complete.
· Assist in creating reports or dashboards to track performance and support management.
· Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and corporate events when needed.
· Assess existing processes and systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and devise more efficient or cost-effective alternatives.
· Assist in conducting site visits and efficiency audits.
· Oversee the formal documentation of workflow processes to allow for smoother collaboration and improved productivity
· A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
· Up to 4 years of experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English
· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· An analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
· Familiarity with procurement processes and contract management is a plus.
