Ninja Direct leverages Ninja Van’s pan-regional logistics network to provide small and medium businesses with comprehensive upstream services with the goal of supporting their business.
The Regional Sales Operations Manager in Ninja Direct plays a critical role in managing sales performance across the Ninja Direct Business. This person will manage and work with both regional and local Sales Operations teams across the Ninja Direct business to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
- Sales Operations Management
- Design and implement Sales Operations best practices and initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve Sales Operations capability across the business
- Enforce regional compliance on internal sales operations best practices
- Process Management
- Manage the design, implementation and enforcement of processes related to Ninja Direct’s sales cycle
- Regularly review and make improvements to these processes with the goal of maximizing productivity, margins and minimizing business risk
- Performance Management
- Track and report sales performance metrics
- Design and implement programs and incentive schemes to boost sales performance across the business
- Work directly with senior leadership to ensure that sales performance is optimal
- CRM Management
- Ensure data completeness in the CRM system and review operational records to ensure data accuracy for sales and lead generation teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of work experience in a commercial management role or sales operations role
- Professional management experience in sales operations, sales management and product management required
- Proven track record of successful product development in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, communications, or other related fields
- Proficiency in CRM management, preferably Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suites products
- Possess problem-solving, critical thinking, good communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin literacy would be a strong plus
- Open to work travel arrangements
