The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.
Responsibilities
- Deep dive of market(s), gather information, analyze target users and competitors, as well as potential partners
- Based on product features and company strategy, form plans for target market(s) and branding/promotion events
- Leading marketing events in the target market(s), including event type/format, creative ideas, event budget, etc., and take accountability for the outcome
- Work closely with product and R&D team, give advice based on actual market(s) features and feedback
- Build and manage the local marketing team, including recruiting, KPI tracking, etc.
Requirements
- 5 years of SEA region marketing and/or branding experience
- Familiar with overseas social platforms
- Familiar with e-commerce and live selling
- Success in building and managing a team
- Success in promoting a product
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing
- Decision-making, analytical, creative thinking, executive, implement and supervising, result-orientated, team management
- English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, proficiency in any SEA language is a great advantage
