The Regional FP&A Analyst will be part of our Logistic+ team, and will be mainly responsible for analyzing the monthly financial results across the regions. The ideal incumbent is someone who is a problem-solver with strong accounting skills and comfortable with number crunching. The incumbent should also have the eye for detail and accuracy as we work with financial data, be adaptable to change and flexible in tackling new challenges.

Responsibilities

Provide timely financial analysis of business performance through monthly consolidation of Management Accounts (Business Performance) for dedicated NBUs using Financial Accounts (Netsuite)
Support Business Partner to deliver monthly management decks with insights on key commercial trends and drivers, operational productivity & efficiency, variance analysis, as well as recommendations for dedicated NBUs
Work closely with Regional Controlling /Local Finance teams and Fulfillment Regional and Local Operations team to ensure that billing and cost data is submitted as accurately and as completely as possible
Reconcile differences between Netsuite Financial Accounts (for investor reporting) and Management Accounts (for business performance)
Provide historical data and build models to support Business Partner (line manager) on quarterly forecasting and annual budget planning for all P&L line items

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy with 1-2 years of relevant Audit & FP&A experience
Strong analytical skills and comfortable with number crunching
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Confident and effective communication skills, both written and oral
Proficient in usage of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Prior experience with working on Google Suites would be an added advantage
