Finance Business Partner & Project Lead (Philippines & MY), Subang

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Finance Business Partner & Project Lead - Philippines & Malaysia to join our team. Your new role would be reporting to the Senior Business Finance Manager and the Key Business Partner of Philippines and Malaysia Business.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Philippines

• Participate in business partnering with commercial and operations
• Support budget, rolling forecast preparation and monthly variance analysis for both Profit & Loss and Balance sheet
• Lead and coordinate the month-end closing process by establishing clear timelines and functional requirements
• Develop and leverage the different sources of data and provide a series of analysis and dashboard reporting
• Check source data to verify completeness and enhance accuracy
• Undertake and support various ad-hoc projects as directed

Malaysia

• Review of staff claims and streamlining of processes, where necessary
• Project manage E-invoicing monthly submission and ad-hoc troubleshooting
• Undertake and support various ad-hoc projects as directed

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Degree/ Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or its equivalent.
• At Least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Financial Analysis and Business Partnering.
• Willing to travel internationally up to 10%.

Highly Desirable:

• Advanced users of spreadsheet and presentation tools, particularly Google sheets, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Good analytical skills and able to present analysis in rationally while “speaking the audience’s language”.
• Independent, self-starter, self-motivated, result oriented as well as customer oriented.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
