Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for conducting cultivation assistance for eFishery production partners
- Collecting cultivation data includes sampling data, water quality, feed usage, mortality, and harvest
- Report to the HO team when there are cases of problems during production activities
- Reporting the final results of the cultivation of efishery production partners
- Monitor the use of aquaculture production facilities (seeds, feed, medicines etc.) to prevent misuse by eFishery partner farmers
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fisheries
- Have cultivation experience / cultivation assistance for more than 3 cycles
- Has the ability to measure water quality
- Have the ability to measure cultivation performance (SR, FCR, growth rate, etc.)
- Honest, initiative, and have high curiosity
