Job Description

- Manage industrial to respect the customer's requirements.
- Mastering quality, cost and lead time in production
- Monitor production efficiency and optimize through kaizen mindset
- Boost industrial process by automation and digitalization
Requirements
- Passion & Values: Sports enthusiast who embodies Decathlon’s core values: vitality, a strong sense of responsibility, generosity, and authenticity.
- Industry Experience: 3–5 years of experience in product development or industrialization within the textile, apparel, or garment industry.
- Leadership & Strategy: Strategic thinker with strong communication skills, an authentic leadership posture, and a proactive, well-organized mindset.
- Analytical & Digital Proficiency: Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, alongside everyday familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
- Language Skill: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Mobility / working location: Semarang, Central Java, and comfortable with high daily mobility.
