Ruangguru has allowed students to access better quality educational content in the form of learning videos, question banks, test-prep materials, and study notes. Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes.
Job Descriptions
- Update and report to Program Manager for any new ideas related to curriculum programs
- Help program managers to write lesson plan and content guidance for specific program
- Assist Assessment Pedagogy Lead to maintain Kalananti Teacher's teaching standard
- Collaborate with Content Coordinator to write effective copywriting for program's learning materials
- Attend weekly company and division meetings
- Participate in team-building and learning activities
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in the education field, especially for children
- Basic knowledge in student-centered curriculum
- High attention to details
- Excellent communication skills, as well as proven interpersonal & organizational skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Have good command of passive English
- Ability to execute multiple projects at the same time
- Willing to learn, share, and collaborate with other team member
- Experience with children in an educational setting is a plus
