Job Description
- Perform first level basic troubleshooting escalated by CS or Internal Teams
- Escalation of issues and request to relevant parties and following up until issues are closed
- Record events and problems into issue management tool
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university with outstanding academic achievement
- At least 1 year of experience of IT production Support Role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity.
- Can-do attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Have basic knowledge in IT (web, mobile, software, network)
- Willing to work in shift and extended hours if required
