About the Role

You will be responsible for managing product and strategy operations across Commerce Enablement Products. You will be handling end-to-end funnel, from acquisition, onboarding, and engagement process. Here, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the process is improving over time. You have a responsibility to analyze the performance and provide key insights. In addition, the product operations role is a crucial role in feedback consolidation, in which the role will collaborate with product managers on improving the products. 

What You Will Do

  • Owner of end-to-end operational process for several SaaS products for Commerce Enablement, and grow adoption of the products aggressively
  • Lead Product Operations team to collect first-hand merchant feedback on products
  • Based on merchant feedback collected, identify acquisition, onboarding, and engagement flow improvement opportunities and implement them
  • Design and implement physical outlet visit process and strategy for multiple products
  • Contribute ideas on promo and commercial initiatives that will help increase adoption among our merchants, and execute their implementation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including GTM, Growth, Customer Success, Merchant Lifecycle, and Technical Support teams to deliver business objectives
  • Manage key operational vendors to deliver business objectives 

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree from a top university (second year, final year, or graduated)
  • 4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment (strategy, operations, or product management experience would be preferred)
  • Excellent communication (English is a must) and interpersonal skills, a team player with a hands-on approach
  • Good business acumen with solid experience/knowledge of business and operational processes
  • Adaptable to new and fast-changing environments with a proven ability to succeed in challenging environments that stretch you to your limits
  • Fun and flexible character are recommended
  • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail are a must

We also work to improve the merchant-partner experience by product innovation and integration with the rest of the Gojek ecosystem.

With the increasing trends in social commerce especially in Indonesia during the pandemic, GoStore is one of the solutions that we offer to our merchants to help them sell online through social media and chat commerce. Our vision in this team is to build the infrastructure that allows merchants to have integrated POS system with multiple sales channels (both offline and online)
