What You Will Do
- Communication Content – Develop a content plan across channels based on the campaign strategy with a high-quality performance of the A/B testing mindset to drive product growth in all channels (Email, paid ads, app notification, whatsapp or sms blast, shuffle card, flyers, etc)
- Schedule Management – Align with the PME & growth team to manage all communication blast across products and ensure alignment with the communication blast governance.
- Creative Direction – Involved in visual references on the development of the creative assets to drive higher engagement results towards the product’s growth.
- CRM Tools Utilization – Assisting the PME (Product Marketing Executive) on the communication activities set up across CRM channels: email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp blast, web notification.
What You Will Need
- Fresh graduates are welcomed!
- BA in Communications, Linguistic, or Management. Preferably with a Marketing concentration or related major
- Familiar with communications strategy, copywriting, and creative production
- Keeping abreast with the latest campaigns in social media
- Interest and familiarity with the technology industry, including its terms
- Have a good visual design taste and able to construct ad material brief
- Ability to write, read, create a copy, and speak fluently in Bahasa and English
