Product Manager

Job scope:
1. Responsible for Atome Cobranding BNPL Solution, requirements communication and scheme design implementation.
2. Ensure strong collaboration and product discussion across both external and internal stakeholders, to lead requirement discussion, product design, technical development, product testing and roll out, to post-launch improvements and iterations
3. Effectively finish business flow, product requirements, interface examples, system interact documents write-ups in both Bahasa  & English. Chinese as a plus
4. Help bridge the gap between the various teams, to promote project progress, quality, from product research, development, testing, iteration to launch.
5. Keep tracing the operation of the product and propose optimization solutions during post-launch stage
6. Finish In-depth study of overseas consumers' patterns, regular analysis of Atome own product lines, competitors as well as the market dynamics, and formulate product optimisation plans.

Requirements:
1.  2~10 years working experience in technology industry, prior product management experience and one of the following is preferred: Billing, Combined payment, Card billing and Fintech products.
2. Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology or equivalent.
3. Prior product design experience, familiar with business model and regulatory policies of the industry is preferred.
3. Good project management skills, and understanding of waterfall/agile or other management models.
4. Proficient in Axure, Visio, X-Mind, Sketch and other product design tools
5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders from across different markets.
6. Overseas study and working experience will be advantageous
7. Familiar with the Southeast Asian market, understanding overseas local user habits is a plus
