About the role
We are a startup in mission to unlock human potential, empowering people to prosper doing what they love. We are now looking for an exceptional Producer who will play a key significant role in the content team to orchestrate the production process in creating highly engaging contents to set for user's success.
In this role you will:
- Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for video learning, teaser or promotional social videos, product marketing videos, and other enterprise-wide projects.
- Setting the budget and size of a production, scheduling, planning, and creative thinking.
- Ensuring a project stays within budget and on schedule.
- Coordinating the activities of writers, director of photography, designer, editor, motion designer, and other personnel throughout the production process.
- Select, hire, and negotiate with additional crew and talent including independent directors, and the distributors and broadcasters who will be handling completed productions.
- Monitoring pre-production until post-production processes to ensure accurate completion of details.
- Conducting meetings with staff to discuss production progress and check-ins to ensure production objectives and goals are met. Managing the post-production process including a performance’s overall tone, music selection, editing, and special effects.
- Reviewing the final edit.
- Ensuring that the production quality of the final product is top-notch.
- Produce shows for special occasions, such as documentation, digital ads, and live multimedia.
- Manage video library.
- Meeting with relevant stakeholders to discuss the project such as business, education, marketing, social media, or relevant stakeholders.
Desired Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in film, media, journalism, mass communications, or relevant field.
- Several years of experience in the industry.
- An impeccable portfolio.
- Skilled at negotiation, planning, and budgeting.
- Able to lead a production team and manage several tasks at once.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.
- Problem-solving skills, deadline-focused, and goal-driven.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven work experience as a producer.
- Solid experience with video production.
- In-depth understanding of the production process.
- Familiarity with camera operation, lighting, sound systems, and music editing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
