About the Role
As our Procurement System Support Analyst, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the IT Business Partner (ITBP) wheel of Gojek that directly supports the Procurement and Finance Accounting and Tax (FAT) team in performing their daily activities, providing them with accurate and timely support. You’ll also collaborate with technical support, data analysts, and other stakeholders in handling day-to-day inquiries, providing consultation support, and helping to resolve their respective issues. The support your team provides in the Procurement and FAT platform will guide their decision-making process and steer the trajectory of the company’s business and financial endeavors.
What You Will Do
- Handle day-to-day inquiries, which include (but are not limited to): questions, incidents (bugs), and change requests
- Act as an internal consultant, which includes (but is not limited to): rolling out ERP systems to new/additional entities, conducting requirement gathering, designing solutions and blueprints, configuring ERP systems, conducting UAT, delivering training, and handling cutovers
- Collaborate with both internal (other teams within Gojek) and external (vendors, product principal, etc.) stakeholders in resolving issues
What You Will Need
- At least 2 years of relevant experience working with ERP systems, especially on procurement to pay process
- Experience working with the COUPA system or any Cloud based procurement/spending system will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of procurement to pay business process
- Good communication and language skills in Bahasa and English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable facing, influencing, and getting buy-in from counterparts, end-users, and other stakeholders in day-to-day activities

Our Finance ITBP is a team of 20+ people based in Indonesia. Our roles range from carrying out project implementations to supporting users globally. We’re the team that oversees all internal enterprise systems that are maintained and implemented by the CIO’s team, and work together to govern, troubleshoot, and improve them. It’s our job to ensure that Gojek Enterprise applications run seamlessly. We're a highly dynamic team, so our emphasis on learning and working on new things (i.e. going the extra mile) is our key to success.
We are a tight-knit group that is bonded by two things: supporting Gojek's capability as a global company, and supporting each other as a family 🙌.
