About The Role
We are looking for a Product Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the reliability, performance, and compliance of our telecommunications products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing product quality throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products.
- Conduct end-to-end quality assurance processes for new and existing products in the telecommunications industry.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate product functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure products comply with telecommunications industry regulations and standards, including IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Maintain documentation of quality assurance activities, test results, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and ensure product quality from inception to launch.
- Support the implementation of new product assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to product quality assurance activities.
- Work closely with the Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management teams to identify potential risks in product transactions.
- Monitor product transaction flows to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Utilize database query tools to analyze product data and identify performance trends.
- Interpret data to generate insights for process optimization and quality improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1+ year of experience in product development or quality assurance in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Understanding of business requirements and transaction journeys in telecommunications.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and quality assurance methodologies.
- Familiarity with IFRS regulations, revenue assurance, and fraud management principles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in database queries and data interpretation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
