- Gather comprehensive feedback from stakeholders and prepare business requirement document (BRD)
- Design, document and maintain business processes to support business objectives
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Conduct regular SLA analysis to pinpoint improvement areas and ensure we are achieving periodic targets
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheets and presentation)
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical skills & ability to communicate data and results
- Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
- Experience in creating business process or flowchart is a plus
- 2 to 3 years of experience (Insurance/ Insurance Technology/ start-up industry background is a plus)
