Job description:
Thoroughly analyze and evaluate preshipment activites (TP & SME DO + Audit) for strategic planning
Manage initiatives that focus on driving new initiatives, processes improvements and enhancements for preshipments
Assessing & Maintaining teams' Performance
Build and/or maintain operational dashboards and reporting suite to track, manage, and provide valuable insights on metrics and KPIs.
Create & deliver reporting, including weekly team review
Internal Team Meeting, including liasing with other relevant teams
Responsible to help with process flow improvement, documentation, and project management for preshipment. Should be a quick learner; willing to dive in and get her/his hands dirty with experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives with solid business judgment.
Good communication skill, familiar with GSuite (or excel, Gsheet, Ms Word), have a thorough knowledge of excel, spreadsheets, and basic SQL; and are eager to learn more regarding data analytics platforms. He/She should have exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct analysis, and make strategic recommendations
