About the Role
This position will contribute to and support the advocacy for ODS Transport and Logistic products to the key stakeholders and policymakers from various ministries. The role also serves as an internal advocate that ensures that the Transport & Logistics team can mitigate regulatory and policy risks. On top of that, the role will drive Gojek to expand its networks through collaboration and partnerships. Your efforts will ensure that Gojek maintains its commitment to the government, driver-partners, and industry associations.
What You Will Do
- Support ODS Transport & Logistics PPGR in creating public policy strategies that support transport and logistic business objectives and drive favorable policy and regulatory outcomes
- Advise Senior Executives and the Board of Management in managing the regulatory, relationship, and issues that could impact Gojek Logistic business
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional leadership to shape Gojek’s overall positions on key policy topics
- Build and manage a network of key government stakeholders and relationships to help shape a positive policy and regulatory environment
- Support the liaison with external consultants and advisors for Government and Regulatory issues in Indonesia and other countries where Gojek operates; in relation to the Logistic spectrum.
What You Will Need
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience and a university degree in legal, political science, international relations, and/or humanities are preferable
- Ability to influence stakeholders across levels within the organization
- Being proactive, resilient, and having the drive to get things done
- Ability to move with agility, prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and analytical skills in order to cover multiple parallel running strategies
- Ability to multitask, deal with and lead discussions with multiple internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, corporate, and finance)
- Strong writing and presentation skills and the ability to synthetase complex policy issues in digestible policy brief memos for senior executives/management

Our Public Policy and Government Relations Team consists of over 30 people, focusing in PPGR on different streams, such as Financial Services, Corporate Activity, Information and communications technology, and others. As Nasi Goreng is to the people of Indonesia, we are to Gojek: providing the nourishment to sustain our business from the inside out. Our main responsibility is to establish partnerships and develop solutions to opportunities, as well as regulatory challenges in domains that impact Gojek's business.
