As a Poultry Partnership Production Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with poultry farms while overseeing the production process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality in our poultry initiatives. Your expertise in poultry farming and strong collaborative skills will help to drive operations and strengthen relationships with partners.

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Manage partnerships with poultry farms, providing support and guidance to meet production standards and goals. 

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day poultry operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. 

• Coordinate with farms to monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and produce availability. 

• Develop and implement best practices for poultry production, including biosecurity measures, feeding protocols, and welfare standards. 

• Conduct regular visits to partner farms to assess production processes and provide necessary recommendations. 

• Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. 

• Train and mentor farm staff on production techniques and operational efficiencies. 

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluating production efficiency and partner performance. 

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for poultry production. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align poultry production strategies with overall business objectives. 

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or a related field. 

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in poultry production management or partnership management. 

• In-depth knowledge of poultry farming practices, biosecurity protocols, and feed management. 

• Demonstrated experience in managing partnerships and relationships with farmers or suppliers. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management. 

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. 

• Willingness to travel to partner farms regularly and work in a hands-on capacity. 

• Proficiency with production management software and data analysis tools. 

• Prior experience in agricultural technology or innovation in poultry farming is a plus.
