We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy for Qoala App. You will be responsible for attracting, retaining and growing the performance marketing function (advertising, CRM marketing, digital analytics, etc) to acquire new leads and retain existing customers across our key channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create and manage Google Ad (SEM), Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads (Social Media Advertising) and any relevant ads across channels
- Plan and execute the lead generation and develop the digital customer journey to nurture and retarget audiences
- Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
- Develop and oversee email marketing, marketing automation strategy, and optimize WhatsApp campaigns
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROAs and efficiently scale new customers
- Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisations audits and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates across the digital channels and assets
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience of performance marketing / digital advertising (focus on Google Search & Facebook/Instagram) with experience in leading advertising or media buying functions
- Experience in developing and executing advertising strategies that deliver on key acquisition, engagement and retention goals
- Experience driving conversion and engagement through targeting, creative, experiments / testing and data analytics at scale
- Proficient in spoken and written English with excellent copywriting skills
- Strong proven track record for managing millions in ad spend
