What you will do but not limited to:

  • Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & roll-out plan
  • Capture market trends and customer needs to capture opportunities in growth.
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution and optimisation for key KPIs via paid and organic media channels.
  • Regularly track, review and measure all campaigns to generate multi-channel analytics reports (Google, Social, Ads, Email, Website).
  • Uses analytics and data-driven insights to ensure objectives are met and identify new opportunities and recommendations to optimize and grow social media presence and capabilities
  • Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.


  • Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, and/or Public Relations.
  • Has minimum 3 year experience working in digital and performance marketing or any related field.
  • Have a strong knowledge in marketing and advertising channels (Google, Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc) and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including experience in Google Analytics and give recommendation action plan
  • Have a solid understanding of different marketing techniques from online-offline marketing to social media platforms
  • A highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
