About The Role 
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Associate (Omnichannel) to become an integral part of our dynamic Marketing & Brand Communication team. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of omnichannel marketing tools, techniques, and strategies, as well as the ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. This role requires collaboration with the broader marketing team and cross-functional support teams to ensure the successful planning, implementation, and timely delivery of campaigns within budget. The candidate should also demonstrate strong project management skills, creativity, and a results-oriented mindset to achieve measurable outcomes. 

What you will do, but not limited to:

  • Support in executing omnichannel marketing campaigns including but not limited to performance marketing e.g. managing offline and online app campaigns across major digital advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Search (SEM/SEO) & Programmatic. 
  • Capable in enhancing brand awareness, engagement and conversion within the omnichannel and digital ecosystem by creating impactful campaigns that increase visibility, drive traffic to websites or apps, and generate high-quality leads. 
  • Capable of designing, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns including doing A/B testing. 
  • Skilled in translating data to Google data studio or other supporting marketing analytical tools. 
  • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with diverse teams to align efforts and achieve organizational goals.  
  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities majoring in economics, marketing, communication, business major, or equivalent experience. 
  • Min. of 2-3 years of hands-on experience preferably in media planning/buying agency, B2B/B2C Tech, E-commerce industry and experience in managing and optimizing omnichannel including digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Skilled in data analysis, communication and collaboration skills enabling seamless coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution. 
  • Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude individual.
