About the Role

If you’re located at Jakarta or India, and looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding planning, design and delivery of the performance and promotion program across Gojek, look no further. As our Performance Executive, you’ll take the wheel in turning the data output from the program into insight to enable us to grow and develop the performance of all our people. This role is pivotal to the smooth running and success of this team and work on a broad variety of areas within the small team including communication, data analysis and basic project coordination. 

Along with design and deliver communications from the PAC Performance team to employees at all levels and across/within PAC, you will ensure Gojek employees & cross-functional PAC stakeholders are familiar with the overall  mission and vision of the P&A team and receive timely updates about the format, process, timelines, and policies related to a performance review cycle. Working closely with PAC Data team, you will get to you will be in charge of help support the team to analyze performance data and transform data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and growth and to enhance the impact of performance review cycles. The cherry on top: you’ll be project coordinator for the program and play a key role in the execution of the Performance Cycle plans, and will help keep performance plans on schedule working toward high efficiencies and flawless execution.


What You Will Do

  • Be a key part of the design and delivery of the cycle using your planning, coordination, change management and communication skills
  • Play a key role in the detailed planning, design and execution the cycles - ensure all steps are delivery well, on time
  • Working with stakeholders across PAC and the broader business to ensure we the Performance team understand our business priorities from the process and that all milestones of the cycle development are well understood and delivered by all stakeholders
  • Play a key role in the development, and distribution of a variety of employee briefing and communication materials for leaders as well as all employees using the following channels & tools; OneGojek portal, emails, meetings, presentations,slides. Works closely with P&A team to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights from performance cycle feedback  to relevant decision-makers
  • Create visualizations of data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
  • Develop and maintain project plans that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones

What You Will Need

  • 4 years of experiences in HR roles or related fields
  • Strong clear and detailed communication skills across various channels and experience of producing a variety of documentation
  • Strong project planning and coordination experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Advanced PowerPoint/Google slides & Excel/Sheets skills
  • Proven basic data analytic skills and the ability to visually present the outputs
