From recruitment and onboarding to administering benefits and pay, the People Experience Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that these interactions are seamless, people-focused, and impactful.
This position operates under the People Business Unit and reports to the Head of People. Collaborating closely with the broader People Team, this role ensures that the evolving needs of our internal and external customers are met with high-quality, scalable HR solutions.
A significant focus of this role will be on Payroll administration—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and continuous process improvement in these critical areas. The People Operations Specialist will also support the implementation of our new people system, and drive service excellence and efficiency across the employee experience.
What will you do?
- End-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Maintain and update HRIS data, including employee records, status changes, and organizational updates.
- Generate and prepare HR reports/data for Mgmt/Group and/or external stakeholders (BPJS, Disnaker, etc)
- Provide operational support during employee lifecycle, e.g create Employment Contract, Adjustment Letter, Warning Letter, etc
- Support the technical execution of severance payments, including accurate calculation based on agreed terms.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HR Business Partners to ensure smooth operational execution
- Uphold data accuracy and confidentiality, particularly during high-impact or sensitive processes
Who are we looking for?
- >3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS processes
- Comfortable working with HRIS or payroll systems. Previous experience working with Talenta HRIS is a big plus.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data validation and reporting
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and service mindset
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English proficiency
